In recent months my skin has suffered from acne and I still don't know if it is due to stress or some food that I am consuming, this really lowers my self-esteem a lot since I have very sensitive skin and with spots caused by the sun, I have stopped to do makeup because I thought it was a product that hurt me but it's not, so I've seen a lot of girls doing the famous Korean mask using rice and water and I wanted to try and see how my skin evolves.
En los últimos meses mi piel ha sufrido de acné y aún no se si se deba al estrés o algún alimento que estoy consumiendo, realmente esto me baja mucho el autoestima ya que tengo una piel muy sensible y con manchas ocasionadas por el sol, he dejado de hacer maquillajes porque pensaba que era algún producto que me hacía daño pero no lo es, entonces he visto mucho chicas haciendo la famosa mascarilla coreana utilizando arroz y agua y quise probar a ver cómo evoluciona mi piel.
In these photos we can see my skin without a filter and without makeup is really badly treated with acne and blemishes. According to this mask, it helps fight acne and unify skin tone.
En estás fotos podemos ver mi piel sin filtro y sin maquillaje realmente está muy maltratada con acné y manchas, según está mascarilla ayuda a combatir el acné y unificar el tono de piel.

Ingredients:
1 cup of rice
1 cup of water
Ingredientes:

Preparación//Preparation

En un bowl vertemos la taza de arroz y le agregamos agua para lavar el arroz y así quitar todas las impurezas, luego sacamos esa agua y agregamos agua limpia y dejamos reposar aproximadamente por 20 minutos.

Luego de este tiempo ponernos toda la mezcla en la la licuadora, pasamos a colar, luego lo llevamos a la cocina a fuego medio y vamos mezclado hasta obtener una mezcla cremosa, luego dejamos reposar y la pasamos a un recipiente de vidrio para que se pueda conservar mejor.
After having my rice mask ready, I wash my face well and apply and let it act for 20 minutes, after this time I remove the mask with plenty of water and dry my face and apply my moisturizing cream.
Después de tener mi mascarilla de arroz lista lavo bien mi rostro y aplico y dejo actuar por 20 minutos, después de este tiempo retiro la mascarilla con abundante agua y seco el rostro y aplico mi crema hidratante.
We can use this mask 3 times a week, so far I have not seen results since I am barely trying it, in a month I will show you how my skin is doing.
Está mascarilla la podemos usar 3 veces por semana, de momento no he visto resultados ya que a penas la estoy probando, dentro de un mes les mostraré como va mi piel.
