Hello dear community Skin &Body Care, I hope you are all well, it is a pleasure to share with you part of the routine I have had throughout my years, and my skin type. This is my participation to the great initiative "tell us about your skin".
Desde que era adolescente me gustaba usar mis cremas corporales recuerdo que empecé a cuidar mi piel como tal desde los 16 años, en esa época usaba crema para mi cuerpo, puedo decir que he usado muchas cremas corporales porque me gusta tener mi piel bien hidratada, con respecto a mi cara nunca he tenido problemas de acné gracias a Dios, recuerdo que solo tuve algunos granos cuando se acercaba la fecha de la menstruación, mi tipo de piel es mixta, a veces es grasa a veces es seca y deshidratada.
Luego cuando tuve mi primer embarazo a los 20 años empecé a tener problemas de manchas en la cara, el médico me dijo que desaparecerían después de tener a mi bebé pero no fue así así pasé mucho tiempo con estas manchas llamadas melasma me apliqué cremas que me recomendaron y nada las manchas no salian, luego me hice muchos exámenes y me detectaron hipotiroidismo esta enfermedad hace muchos cambios hormonales y más en la piel, me puse en en control con endocrinólogo y este me recomendó ir a un dermatólogo en ese momento ya tenía 22 años.
Puedo decir que empecé a cuidar la piel de mi rostro desde ese momento, el doctor me hizo un peleng facial luego me puso un tratamiento que consistia en limpiarme la cara con un jabón que se llama lactibon, que restablece el ph de la piel, si no había ese usaba dermalac que también lo recomendaba, he usado los dos tipos y déjenme decirles que son muy favorables, también me recetaron: "Cepin" que es un sérum de vitamina "C" me lo tenía que aplicar todas las noches junto con una crema que se llama Betarretin H y además de todo eso, me recomendó usar protección solar toda la vida me dijo que era muy importante proteger la piel del sol, de la contaminación ambiental, (Otra cosa que me dijo fue el uso de la pantalla de un teléfono o pc por la luz que irradia que también daña la piel lo que provoca el envejecimiento prematuro, así que tomé en cuenta los consejos y empecé con mi tratamiemto luego este cuidado se convirtió en un hábito, el protector solar que me ordenó usar se llama Photoderm max 100 de bioderma.
Since I was a teenager I liked to use my body creams I remember I started to take care of my skin as such since I was 16 years old, at that time I used cream for my body, I can say that I have used many body creams because I like to have my skin well hydrated, regarding my face I have never had acne problems thank God, I remember I only had some pimples when the date of menstruation was approaching, my skin type is mixed, sometimes it is oily sometimes it is dry and dehydrated.
Then when I had my first pregnancy at 20 years old I started to have problems with spots on my face, the doctor told me that they would disappear after having my baby but it was not so I spent a long time with these spots called melasma I applied creams that they recommended me and nothing the spots did not come out, then I did many tests and I was detected hypothyroidism this disease makes many hormonal changes and more in the skin, I put myself in control with endocrinologist and he recommended me to go to a dermatologist at that time I was already 22 years old.
I can say that I started to take care of my facial skin from that moment, the doctor made me a facial peleng then put me a treatment that became my routine. I used to clean my face with a soap called lactibon, which restores the ph of the skin, if there was not that one I used dermalac which also recommended it, I have used both types and let me tell you that they are very good and favorable, I was also prescribed: "Cepin" which is a serum of vitamin "C" I had to apply it every night along with a cream that is called Betarretin H and besides all that he recommended me and of course to use sunscreen all my life he told me that it was very important to protect the skin from the sun, from environmental pollution, (Another thing he told me was the use of the screen of a phone or pc because of the light that radiates that also damages the skin which causes premature aging, so I took into account the advice and started with my tratamiemto then this care became a habit, the sunscreen that I ordered me to use is called Photoderm max 100 of bioderma.
Les cuento que el betarretin me hacia un peleng en la piel, cuando lo usaba mi piel comenzaba a enrojecerse y luego a descamarse, solo lo usaba durante la noche y fui aclarando las manchas hasta que desaparecieron eso sucedió en un tiempo de tres meses el suero de vitamina c llamado cepin actuaba junto con esta crema, cuando ya tenía mi cara sin manchas solo usaba este suero en la noche, la barra o loción lactibon y dermalac para limpiar la cara lo recomiendo con los ojos cerrados, recupera el ph de la piel y la deja sana, y lo mejor de todo el protector solar fhotoderm max 100 es muy bueno, lo sigo usando, cuando se me acaba lo busco hasta en las últimos rincones jeje nunca he dejado de usarlo.

Luego de muchos años, me fui de mi país y llegué a Brasil, todo cambió, aquí como en Venezuela empecé con mis controles médicos porque eso es muy importante, hice mis chequeos anuales, y consulté a un dermatólogo porque trabajo mucho con mi piel maquillándome y debo estar pendiente de alguma reaccion, aquí en Brasil no venden los productos antes mencionados así que hubo cambios, aquí me mandaron un jabón líquido llamado cleanese, una crema despigmentante, llamada Glicoisdin 25 intence, una crema hidratante y un protector solar llamado Stick Ultraleve.
En esta experiencia con estos productos puedo decir que me ha ido muy bien, el jabón líquido es excelente, el despigmentante mantiene mi piel libre de manchas y el protector solar me gusta porque no me deja la cara grasosa y reduce los poros, lo uso a diario aquí en casa, pero como dije antes, sigo usando el fhotoderm max sobre todo cuando salgo.
After many years, I left my country and arrived in Brazil, everything changed, here as in Venezuela I started with my medical controls because that is very important, I did my annual checkups, and I consulted a dermatologist because I work a lot with my skin making up and I must be aware of any reaction, here in Brazil they do not sell the products mentioned above so there were changes, here they sent me a liquid soap called cleanese, a depigmenting cream, called Glicoisdin 25 intence, a moisturizing cream and a sunscreen called Stick Ultraleve.
In this experience with these products I can say that I have done very well, the liquid soap is excellent, the depigmenting cream keeps my skin free of spots and I like the sunscreen because it does not leave my face greasy and reduces pores, I use it daily here at home, but as I said before, I still use the fhotoderm max especially when I go out.
