Buenas gente, por acá les traigo un entrenamiento que tuve hace unos días, en el cual hice reforzamiento general, a pesar de no darlo todo, siento q el día fue productivo y bastante divertido. Estuve probando mi máximo de hefestos ese día, aprovechando que estaba entrenando principalmente eso, y a pesar de que estaba fatigado luego de esas repeticiones, en realidad estoy seguro que podía hacer más, pero el pensar que los demás no los subiría me hizo desistir, un sentimiento que definitivamente no se debe repetir, ya que siempre hay que dar el máximo en los entrenamientos. Si estas al 100% da el 101, si estas al 60% da el 61, así es como se mejora y progresa de verdad.
