Hoy decidí compartir con ustedes mi máximas repeticiones de muscle up, algunos compañeros de entrenamiento, como @bertnez, Albert Fernández y Víctor Partidas, me acompañaron a hacer este pequeño reto.
Today I decided to share with you my maximum muscle up reps, some training partners, such as @bertnez, Albert Fernandez and Victor Partidas, joined me to do this little challenge..
Primero lo intenté yo haciendo 12 repeticiones, luego Víctor hizo 8 repeticiones, @bertnez logro 10 aunque estaba un poco agotado por la fatiga, y Albert consiguió 8, luego yo lo volví a intentar y solo hice 8 repeticiones, tengo que recuperar la resistencia, pero no debo sobrepasar me para cuidarme.
First I tried it myself doing 12 reps, then Victor did 8 reps, @bertnez achieved 10 although he was a little exhausted by fatigue, and Albert got 8, then I tried it again and only did 8 reps, I have to recover the resistance, but I should not exceed me to take care of myself.
