Street Workout Community Hoy entrenaremos nuestro biceps pero con la rutian que mayormente hago cuando quiero un crecimiento muscular, tengo diferentes rutinas dependiendo el objetivo, si es ganancia de fuerza, resistencia y en este caso es una de hipertrofia, claro recuerden que hay tres mecanismos principales para el crecimiento muscular, la tensión mecánica, el estrés metabólico y el daño muscular. En el video le estaré explicando la rutina específicamente y como se hara cada ejercicio, ojala les guste y comencemos.
