| Despues de un viaje con todos los atletas de esta comunidad llegamos al gran Club Kiki Beach donde despues de un recibimiento y convivir entre nosotros mientras se armaban las barras dimos comienzo a la iniciación de la exhibición donde comenzaron por la calistenia donde se demuestran ejercicio de esta diciplina tales como las pull ups, pistol squat, flexiones, mucle ups, pull ups, etc. comenzo la parte del fleestyle donde demostramos los movimientos que hacemos en los trucos tales como 360, 540, dobles 3 llegando a hacer 5 doble 360 algo que es completamente asombroso de verte hasta para mi, disloques 360, flont flip, full planche, front, malteses en straddle entre otros movimientos donde realmente los atletas que hicieron esta demostración me dejaron con la boca abierta demostrando tanto nivel y disciplina, al igual que las personas de calistenia mostrando un gran dominio de los ejercicio realizados. | After a trip with all the athletes of this community we arrived at the great Kiki Beach Club where after a welcome and a get together while the bars were set up we started the initiation of the exhibition where they began with calisthenics where we demonstrated exercises of this discipline such as pull ups, pistol squat, push ups, mucle ups, pull ups, etc.. | En la parte de amateur hubo un solo vs en el cual gano @joanfh-workout contra @cesarg17 luego de esta seccion comenzo la semi profesional en la cual salio victorioso @victorg30 en un vs de tres contra @jesusaguilarvz y @david-workout, claro que en esta categoria participaron personas como @david-workout, @david-mora, @wil-leandro y @pimoswo, despues de estos vs comenzo la parte profesional donde participamos @ramsses-sw25, @jisus-swyc, @alexandersw020 y mi persona @hectorvr, donde despues de ramsses pasar su vs toco contra mi para seleccionar el ganador, donde sali ganador contra mi compañero de entrenamiento. | In the amateur part there was a single vs in which won @joanfh-workout against @cesarg17 after this section began the semi professional in which came out victorious @victorg30 in a vs of three against @jesusaguilarvz and @david-workout, of course in this category participated people like @david-workout, After these vs began the professional part where we participated @ramsses-sw25, @jisus-swyc, @alexandersw020 and my person @hectorvr, where after ramsses pass his vs I played against me to select the winner, where I came out winner against my training partner. |

| Luego de eso comenzó le dimos fin a la exhibición pasando a la parte donde entregaron unos premios por cada vs y la certificación de cada uno de nosotros, algo que realmente cada vez veo mas asombroso, quedamos haciendo un poco de free unos minutos y luego procedimos a tomar unas fotos donde salíamos todos los integrantes, nos dieron el refrigerio y luego procedimos a regresarnos a nuestro hogares, realmente quiero aclarar que esto es cada vez una experiencia unica, donde por primera vez en mi vida veo algo asi y superando todas las espectativas de cualquier persona que sabe de esto, colocándole corazon a cada cosa que hacemos y cada evento, esto mas que ser una comunidad, un proyecto realmente se volvio una muy bonita familia donde todos nos apoyamos mutuamente y donde todos nos sacamos una sonrisa por mas dura que sea la situacion, agradecer a cada una de las personas que nos apoyan en esto y agradecerle a hive, swc, a todos los que forman todo esto un gran agradecimiento, de verdad muchisimas gracias por esta experiencia que realmente esta exhibición fue un bum para todos. | After that began we ended the exhibition passing to the part where they gave some prizes for each vs and the certification of each of us, something that really every time I see more amazing, we were doing a little free a few minutes and then proceeded to take some pictures where we were all members, they gave us refreshments and then proceeded to return to our homes, I really want to clarify that this is every time a unique experience, where for the first time in my life I see something like this and exceeding all expectations of anyone who knows about this, Putting heart in every thing we do and every event, this more than being a community, a project really became a very nice family where we all support each other and where we all get a smile for more hard than the situation, thank each of the people who support us in this and thank hive, swc, to all who form all this a big thank you, really thank you very much for this experience that really this exhibition was a boom for everyone. |
