¡Hola amigos de Hive y #SWC! El día de hoy les comparto el siguiente episodio de mis avances para conseguir y dominar el pino, espero les guste 😁.
El día de hoy estaba un poco aburrido 😅 así que me puse a entrenar un poco el pino con algunos ejercicios como: Tuck en paralelas, Flexiones en pica, Handstand push ups y un poco de lean planche.
Se me nota un poco flojo en postura, ya que estoy un poco cansado de la rutina de ayer y tampoco pude hacer muy buenos intentos de pino, pero bueno ahí vamos no me voy a rendir hasta conseguir ¡ese pino!
La lean planche es un ejercicio que me cuesta mucho como la tuck, es algo que debo ir mejorando y que debo trabajar más.

Hello Hive and #SWC friends!!! Today I share with you the next episode of my progress in getting and mastering the pine, I hope you like it 😁.
Today I was a little bored 😅 so I started to train a little bit the pino with some exercises like: parallel tuck, Pike push ups, Handstand push ups and a little bit of lean planche.
I'm a little weak in posture, since I'm a little tired from yesterday's routine and I couldn't make very good attempts at pino either, but well here we go I'm not going to give up until I get that pino!
The lean planche is an exercise that costs me a lot like the tuck, it is something that I have to improve and that I have to work more.
