Hoy quiero compartir con ustedes un video que me trae muchos recuerdos y nostalgia. Se trata del primer video calisténico que grabé hace ya algunos años. En ese entonces, estaba apenas comenzando en el mundo de la calistenia y aprendiendo nuevas habilidades. Recuerdo que lo grabé con un teléfono que apenas tenía buena calidad, pero aún así me sentí emocionado de hacerlo.
La edición del video fue todo un desafío, ya que tenía un equipo obsoleto que hacía que el proceso fuera bastante complicado. A pesar de todo, me encantó grabar el video y ver el resultado final. Por eso, hoy quiero compartirlo con ustedes, en su versión original, tal como fue en aquel entonces. Este video siempre será especial para mí, ya que marca el comienzo de un largo camino lleno de grandes experiencias y aprendizajes.
Es increíble ver cómo he progresado desde entonces y cómo la calistenia se ha convertido en una parte importante de mi vida. Estoy agradecido por todas las experiencias que he tenido y por todas las personas maravillosas que he conocido en este viaje.

Today I want to share with you a video that brings back a lot of memories and nostalgia. It's about the first calisthenic video I shot a few years ago. Back then, I was just starting out in the world of calisthenics and learning new skills. I remember I shot it with a phone that was barely good quality, but I was still excited to do it.
Editing the video was a challenge, as I had obsolete equipment that made the process quite complicated. Nevertheless, I loved shooting the video and seeing the final result. That's why today I want to share it with you, in its original version, just as it was back then. This video will always be special to me, as it marks the beginning of a long road full of great experiences and learning.
It is amazing to see how I have progressed since then and how calisthenics has become an important part of my life. I am grateful for all the experiences I have had and for all the wonderful people I have met on this journey.
