Hello friends of Hive and Street workout community, it's me again @carlossaw. And today I bring you a new post of pictures taken by my friend @thony-d on a beautiful sunset while training my back.
Le pedí el favor a mi amigo que me tomara algunas fotografías mientras hacia algunos pull.ups y el resultado fue maravilloso y quise compartirlo con ustedes.
I asked my friend to take some pictures of me doing some pull ups and the result was wonderful and I wanted to share it with you.
Además el entrenamiento de pull-ups fue algo básico, consistió en aumentar mi resistencia en pull-ups hice 100 reps en total, fue algo rápido por el poco tiempo que tenía.
Also the pull-up training was something basic, it consisted of increasing my resistance in pull-ups I did 100 reps in total, it was something fast for the short time I had.
