😄Hola cómo están mis queridos amigos de hive y swc, en el día de hoy compartire con ustedes unas fotografias de mi entrenamiento de hoy.

😄Hello, how are you my dear friends from hive and swc, today I will share with you some photos of my training today.

Hoy el dia no estaba muy bien para entrenar, ya que habia llovido y no pude completar mi rutina, pero aun asi pude lograr hacer algo y no quedarme sin hacer nada. 🦾❤️‍🔥

Today was not a very good day for training, as it had rained and I couldn't complete my routine, but I was still able to do something and not be left without doing anything. 🦾❤️‍🔥

Por lo menos pude lanzar algunos estaticos para no perder costumbre ni nada, aun me siento muy fatigado pero para estarlo me salen estos elementos de una buena manera. Pronto me recuperare y se que vendre con un super level que me quedare loco, ya desde hace tiempo vengo dandole duro y tendre buenos resultados.🦾❤️‍🔥

At least I was able to throw some statics so as not to lose the habit or anything, I still feel very tired but to be so these elements come out in a good way. Soon I will recover and I know that I will come with a super level that will drive me crazy, I have been giving it hard for a long time and I will have good results.🦾❤️‍🔥

Fui con mi hermano y mi alumno a entrenar con ellos igual, pero luego de un rato que me tomé las fotografías haciendo front levers y otros elementos empezó a llover. Dicen que el peor enemigo de los calistenicos es la lluvia y lo confirmo, pero aun asi me siento bien por lo que pude entrenar hoy😅.

I went with my brother and my student to train with them anyway, but after a while I took pictures doing front levers and other elements it started to rain. They say that the worst enemy of calisthenics is the rain and I confirm it, but I still feel good about what I was able to train today😅.
