Ayer fue un día especial. Me dirigí al Centro Comercial Costa Verde en Maracaibo para asistir a una conferencia sobre liderazgo. Aunque nunca antes había estado allí, quedé impresionado por la belleza del lugar, especialmente las zonas verdes en su interior que me parecieron muy bonitas y sorprendentes.
La conferencia reunió a los clubes deportivos de Maracaibo Leveling Up, Fortis Workout, Without Limits, y Olympus Calistenia. Fue una oportunidad para aprender y saludar a mis compañeros amantes del deporte. Uno de los momentos destacados fue cuando @dimeilaz, un compañero que conocí allí, habló sobre la tecnología en la Blockchain de Hive, como también todo lo que se puede lograr con la misma. Sus palabras me recordaron los beneficios y virtudes de esta plataforma descentralizada.
Pero lo más inspirador fue el discurso de la ponente, Deny Villalobos, sobre el liderazgo. Su enfoque didáctico e informativo me dejó reflexionando sobre cómo puedo aplicar esos principios en mi vida cotidiana. Tomé notas meticulosamente, asegurándome de recordar cada punto relevante.

Yesterday was a special day. I went to the Costa Verde Mall in Maracaibo to attend a conference on leadership. Although I had never been there before, I was impressed by the beauty of the place, especially the green areas inside which I found very beautiful and amazing.
The conference brought together the Maracaibo sports clubs Leveling Up, Fortis Workout, Without Limits, y Olympus Calisthenics. It was an opportunity to learn and greet my fellow sports lovers. One of the highlights was when @dimeilaz, a colleague I met there, spoke about the technology in Hive's Blockchain, as well as everything that can be achieved with it. His words reminded me of the benefits and virtues of this decentralized platform.
But most inspiring was the speaker Deny Villalobos speech on leadership. Her didactic and informative approach left me reflecting on how I can apply these principles in my daily life. I took meticulous notes, making sure I remembered every relevant point.
Como líder en nuestro club de calistenia, me sentí en confianza y comprometido a seguir aprendiendo. Al final de la conferencia, nos obsequiaron un libro relacionado con el tema. No puedo esperar para sumergirme en sus páginas y absorber más conocimientos.
Ayer fue un día de crecimiento personal y conexiones significativas. Estoy seguro de que estos aprendizajes me ayudarán a ser una mejor persona, líder y usuario activo en la plataforma Hive. Solo hace falta soñar para cambiar el mundo, y eventos como este nos acercan un paso más a ese objetivo.

As a leader in our calisthenics club, I felt confident and committed to continue learning. At the end of the conference, we were presented with a book related to the topic. I can't wait to dive into its pages and absorb more knowledge.
Yesterday was a day of personal growth and meaningful connections. I am confident that these learnings will help me become a better person, leader and active user on the Hive platform. You only need to dream to change the world, and events like this bring us one step closer to that goal.
