Llegó el día más esperado para Hive Calisthenics. Nuestra primera exhibición, teniendo como nombre "Street Workout a través de las nuevas tecnologías". Fue en la Biblioteca Pública del Estado Zulia en Maracaibo, con el apoyo de Aliento se habló sobre la Web3 y la Blockchain de Hive, fue una conversación bastante interesante dirigida por @dimeilaz y @hecatonquirox.

Les quiero compartir mi experiencia en el evento, ya que fue mi primera vez en participar ante tanta gente. Mi rol fue ayudar a mis compañeros para que todo saliera bien, y participar en la demostración de estáticos.

Ilaz platicó sobre la Blockchain de Hive, su experiencia como usuario y los pasos para unirnos a la Blockchain. Explicó sobre la comunidad de Aliento, en la cual él forma parte. Luego paso mi amigo @hecatonquirox siendo el ponente de Hive Calisthenics, explicó sobre nuestra comunidad y habló de lo que buscamos a futuro para la calistenia.

Se explicó lo que era la calistenia y las modalidades de cada una de ellas: básicos, resistencia, dinámicos y estáticos. Participé en la demostración de estáticos con mi amigo @Enma2020, realizando los siguientes ejercicios: straddle planche, hansdtand push-ups y tuck push-up. Felicito a mi compañero, pues lo hizo estupendo para ser nuestra primera exhibición ante tanta gente.

The most awaited day for Hive Calisthenics has arrived. Our first exhibition, with the name "Street Workout through new technologies". It was at the Public Library of Zulia State in Maracaibo, with the support of Aliento we talked about Web3 and Hive's Blockchain, it was quite an interesting conversation led by @dimeilaz and @hecatonquirox.

I want to share with you my experience at the event, as it was my first time to participate in front of so many people. My role was to help my teammates so that everything went well, and to participate in the static demo.

Ilaz talked about the Hive Blockchain, his experience as a user and the steps to join the Blockchain. He explained about the Hive community, which he is part of. Then passed my friend @hecatonquirox being the speaker for Hive Calisthenics, he explained about our community and talked about what we are looking for in the future for calisthenics.

He explained what calisthenics was and the modalities of each of them: basic, resistance, dynamic and static. I participated in the demonstration of statics with my friend @Enma2020, performing the following exercises: straddle planche, hansdtand push-ups and tuck push-up. I congratulate my partner, as he did great for our first exhibition in front of so many people.
