A mí amigos venezolanos, cuídense mucho. 💪🇻🇪

Today, I want to share a brief message from my heart. As many of you know, our country is going through a difficult time. The riots have affected the entire territory, and although some states are still tense, the area around my house has remained calm.
Despite the uncertainty and anxiety I feel when listening to the news, I decided to take a break and go out to train this afternoon. Exercise has always been my refuge, my way of releasing tension and staying centered. So, I stretched, I improvised a quick chest routine, and let the sun caress my skin.
I don't want to discuss politics or take sides. I just want to remind everyone that in moments like these, we should take care of our mental and physical health. If you feel tense, exercise at home: stretch, jump rope, or do a calisthenics routine. But please do so with caution and without leaving your homes.
To my Venezuelan friends, take care. Let's continue supporting each other as a community and finding serenity amidst the storm. Until the next post. A strong hug! 💪🇻🇪"
