- Durante varios días estuvimos visitando personas con discapcidad de nuestra comunidad, con el objetivo de compartir evidencias, conocer sus inquietudes para elevar propuestas en la lucha de nuestros derechos sociales.

- For several days we were visiting people with disabilities in our community, with the aim of sharing evidence, learning about their concerns to raise proposals in the fight for our social rights.

Para complementar estas actividades, se solicitó formación comunitaria de salud, con la finalidad de divulgar a las personas con discapacidad cuáles son los pasos a seguir para obtener su carnet, cuáles son las especialidades que ofrecen en los centros de salud más cercanos a su domicilio.
To complement these activities, community health training was requested, with the purpose of disseminating to people with disabilities what are the steps to follow to obtain their card, what are the specialties offered in the health centers closest to them. home.
De esta manera, nos parece importante adquirir estos conocimientos por lo que hay personas que no tienen el tiempo ni la manera de cómo trasladarse a los centros de salud, en ocasiones la familia los apoya pero hay casos en que no lo hacen, por lo que nosostros tenemos que tener empatía y ayudar al prójimo cuando sea posible.
In this way, it seems important to us to acquire this knowledge, which is why there are people who do not have the time or the way to travel to health centers, sometimes the family supports them but there are cases in which they do not, so We have to have empathy and help others when possible.
