In this opportunity I want to share with you a family outing we had recently.

Pensar en ustedes es sinónimo de pensar en familia, en los amigos, en ratos agradables, en los mejores momentos de nuestra vida, en el compromiso que envuelve ser padres, en la felicidad de ser padres, en la alegría de tener quién nos quiera, en poder amar y ser amados, en apoyar y ver crecer, en aconsejar y recibir las gracias, en penas y alegrías, en diversión genuina, en momentos y rutinas, en entornos y vivencias, en el tesoro sin iguales de cualquier persona, y podríamos seguir la lista de sinónimos y expresiones que describen a la familia y la vida en familia y por tanto a Family & Friends.
En esta oportunidad quiero compartir con ustedes una salida en familia que tuvimos recientemente.
This was unexpected and we could also say that it was quite short, however, it was quite pleasant because it not only brought the family together, but also, we enjoyed the landscape, the vegetation, the fresh air, the tranquility and serenity that the countryside transmits.
And when I tell you that this unexpected family reunion is because my eldest daughter is already married and lives apart, so we do not see each other as often.
She and her husband were offered some corn cobs or corn, the truth is, they called us in the morning to ask us to accompany them in the afternoon to the field to look for the corn. Since my husband has a pickup truck, it was easy for us to get there.
I tell you that the afternoon was a little dark because of the rainy weather, but pleasant, in spite of it we were able to enjoy the landscape, I show you a little bit.
Esta fue inesperada y podríamos decir también que bastante corta, sin embargo, fue bastante agradable porque no solo reunió a la familia, sino que también, disfrutamos del paisaje, la vegetación, el aire fresco, de la tranquilidad y serenidad que transmite el campo.
Y cuando les digo que está salida inesperada reunión la familia, es porque mi hija mayor ya está casada y vive aparte, así que no nos vemos con tanta frecuencia.
A ella y a su esposo le ofrecieron unas mazorcas o maíz, lo cierto es, que nos llamaron en la mañana para pedirnos que los acompañemos en la tarde al campo a buscar el maíz. Como mi esposo tiene una camioneta se nos hizo fácil trasladarnos hasta allá.
Les cuento que la tarde estuvo un poco oscura por el tiempo de lluvia, pero agradable, a pesar de ello pudimos disfrutar del paisaje, les muestro un poco.

As I mentioned it was a short ride of about an hour and a half, as it had rained the grass was wet and we could not go further into the fields, still, it was very pleasant for everyone. An afternoon that we will certainly remember. And it brought us closer together.
Back home, as the days went by, we used the corn to make some delicious cachapas and spend a nice afternoon celebrating my daughter's 4th birthday.... She made a post here is the link if you want to see it.

Como ya les mencione fue un paseo corto de una hora y media aproximadamente ,como había llovido la hierba estaba mojada y no pudimos recorrer más hacia los sembradíos, aún así, fue muy muy agradable para todos. Una tarde que sin duda recordaremos. Y nos unió mas.
Ya en casa, con los días, usamos el maíz para hacer unas ricas cachapas y volver a pasar una tarde agradable celebrando el aniversario número 4 de mi hija... Ella realizó un post aquí te dejo el link si deseas verlo.
