Traveling together with my children will happen once in a new moon. Usually, it is only RM who is fond of going with me. This time, we traveled as a whole family, experiencing city life at night time and trying to experience the well-known Star Bucks Café.
Nighttime in the city is pretty different from our usual night in the province. City lights made the streets more attractive and cool to all passersby. We opted to take an evening walk as we headed to the Star Bucks Café.
Actually, I haven't experienced having a good time at Star Bucks Café and my children either. For the first time, we set foot in this famous coffee shop. The transparent design is already enticing to the customers. With the proper guidance of my nieces, we didn't feel any awkwardness as we stepped inside.
Inside, everything was new for us. Since I don't know how to take orders 😁, on our behalf, my nieces do the honor. My children's inquisitiveness had risen, and they accompanied their ate (respect to elder woman) so they will in another way.
This is the counter area where they ordered. We were not familiar with the cold drinks or the coffee either. If what was ordered, we happily agreed.
Later on, I found out that this used to be the perfect place for students and employees due to its free wifi and offers free charging too. Another thing that is captivating about them aside from the delicious drinks, is you can stay there as long as you want to. Nobody will call your attention that you can no longer stay here. An amazing fact.
There are plenty of seats inside and are arranged systematically. I love the theme, and their furniture is elegant looking.
...and tsaadddaaa, here are our orders....😍😍 I don't know how much each cost, my nieces never told me as these are their treats to us. I never force them to reveal anyway 😀.
After my children experienced chilling in this cool place, we went to the Waterfront Hotel located near the Mactan Airport. Other family members were waiting for us as we were about to send off my mother-in-law together with my sister-in-law.
We joyfully headed to our destination. Upon our arrival, the entrance part of the hotel was alluring. There is a miniature fountain in front of it.
This is the lounge part where we were having our chit-chat while waiting for our friend who visited the Philippines for the first time.
If you longed for juices, liquor, and beer this section is where we will go. They offer various kinds of drinks that suit your taste.
After our short stay here, we headed to the room where we rented and rested for 4 hours before departure. This is the hotel's elevator section.
Truly the exposure of my children here in the city has given them a positive outlook on their lives. Their experiences are priceless and transport them to the other side of what life is like if they are in the city.
This is our quick journey in the city that taught different lessons to my kids.
