BIRD IN WATER
As usual I'm doing this post near closing time and actually would not have made any attempt to enter except that I saw from our family archives some photos of my daughter's visit to Switzerland's Lake Geneva or Lac Leman last August of 2022.
Lac Leman, also known as Lake Geneva, is a breathtaking freshwater lake located in the heart of Europe. With its stunning scenery and history, this iconic body of water has become a popular destination for tourists, expats and locals. Lac Leman has a range of beautiful scenic shore locations (villages and cities) around the lake’s edge. These include locations like Montreux, Lausanne, Geneva and Veytaux to name a few. Wikipedia.
In some of the photos several swans could be seen floating on the lake which fitted our theme for this week to a tee. Here are some of them.
