Hive Fest Split - Hive Rally Car and Closing Drinks
As you can see by the cover photo i kinda gave up on people photography here :) There was no particular reason, maybe i just focused on the car to much.
The bus that was taking us to the Karting Arena Split - Luda Baba was scheduled for noon, not 9AM as i thought, luckily. That meant at lest an hour or two of more sleep. I am not a morning person, and i was waking up early every day. I never had an opportunity to experience jetlag but maybe that is how i felt :)
As we got there drinks and pizza were waiting for us. Pizza was good, it got the approvement of Italians, so it had to be :)
So we waited for the car to get here. It is not registered at the moment so you can't drive it in the streets.
Slaven was soldering on for almost 3 hours, with a short brake for the car, tires and himself.
For me it was interesting how the car moved with soft suspension. How much the chassis moved up and down. It reminded me of my old Fiesta and how soft suspension was on that thing. Maybe i just didn't know it was made for gravel racing 😂
Arcange also decided to participate in driving people around the cost line on his bike.
Most of the times the car was on 3 wheels, there was one moment when it was doing a two wheel trick but i think no one got the photo/video of it.
The event was a success and looking at the faces of people after the ride told you all you need to know. Luis88 made some great shots of people on the track, you can check it here
Kesilgonzalez also made a cool video explaining everything and a bit of POV from the car
There was some track rearrangement done. No tracks or cars were injured in the making of these shots.

At the Closing Drinks i made 3 photos, of the same person, and all 3 were really bad 😂 But i did take some random videos and this compilation was made from it. From the video point of view, it is blurry, it is grainy, it is shaky, colors are all over the place and it has no editing on it.
I call this video editing throw random clips into the timeline and add music to it. But i am ok with this bad video because of great people in it :)
We ended the night at around 4AM going for Kebab. The boat ride was at 9AM. I was not organizing anything, but i am not sure how Lordbutterfly survived :)
