Larry Is Alive #077 I Am Alive Challenge

Hello everyone. Hope our day went well? Well, just as expected the federal government obtained an ex-parte order and restrained the labour unions from embarking on the nationwide strike yesterday. So we have to grapple with the spiral effects of the hike in thr price of PMS. So adjust and adjust, thats the slogam now, !LOL. Thats the way it is. These politicians have a way to market their unpopular policies really.

Meanwhile, Larry for now will have to pay more to fuel his car while delivering his parcels. Thats is. Lets take a look at today in #history. And here we go:

Gentlemen, do you know that on this day in 1949, British novelist George Orwell released his dystopian masterpiece Nineteen Eighty-Four, a warning against totalitarianism that introduced notions like Big Brother and the Thought Police. George Orwell is however famous for his work titled "Animal Farm" which has stood the test of time when you juxtapose the characters therein with the present happenings elsewhere in the world.

Do you also know that on this day in 1955, Tim Berners-Lee, a British computer scientist who is widely regarded as the inventor of the World Wide Web, was born.

Moreso, on this day in 1977, Kanye West, (legal name Ye) an American producer, rapper and designer who turned his success in production into a career as a successful critically praised solo artist, was born.

One of my favourite song by Kanye West is "Coldest Winter" (2008) which is a graveside eulogy was written by West for his mother Donda West, who died at the age of 58 in November 2007 following complications from cosmetic surgery. I'll leave you with a link to the video. Just listen and appreciate Ye.

Again, do we still remember the Williams sisters in the world of tennis? Now on this day in 2002, Serena Williams (the younger one) won her maiden French Open tennis title after defeating her elder sister Venus Williams. The two dominated the tennis world for years really.

Finally, on this day in 2009, The United Nations celebrated the first World Oceans Day, which aimed to celebrate the oceans while also increasing awareness of the risks that they and their marine ecosystems faced.

Let's now move over to the hunt for Larry...

Listnerd

With my hunt at Listnerds I read over ten mails to complete the task. It is the time.of thr month when hivians power up. So most of the mails I read centered on that. Here are some of the interesting ones I read:

Leadsleap

There was no hunt for Larry at leadsleap today. Hopefully, wel resume out hunt there tomorrow morning.
