Hive Open Mic Week 150 "Con Un Poncho Andino" ( With an Andean poncho) cover by @elioe and her maracas

Hello, my dear Hive Open Mic community, we started this week 150 thinking about which song would go according to the theme “Our virtue” proposed by our recent Spotlight Artists “@musicandreview”.
We find that in dictionaries we see the definition of virtue as a certain characteristic of our personality that tends towards good. The virtues would be, then, the opposite of our defects. In that chiaroscuro that is our personality, the light would represent our virtues and the shadow would be the negative part of our being, that is, the defects.
A person with a balance more inclined towards his virtues than towards his defects is what we call a "virtuous" person.
However, in our language the word "virtue" has other meanings, although I did not find those other definitions in the dictionaries that I consulted. I can say that our dear friend @digitalopus is a virtuoso on the mandolin, and it is true, and his virtuosity in playing that instrument is palpable to everyone who visits his blog.
In the case of the song that I bring you - a Christmas carol of the "parranda" genre, where in an imaginative way the Child Jesus is located in the area of Venezuela crossed by part of the Andes mountain range - the word virtue has yet another meaning: refers to someone's ability to do something. It is in the stanza that it states:
The Child Jesus who smiles and cries
this Child adores and has the virtue
to laugh crying, to cry laughing
for life…
I hope I have the virtue of allowing you to spend a few pleasant minutes with our musical production this week, and I also hope that we all try to minimize our defects and strengthen the virtues we already have, as well as putting new virtues into practice, to be better people every day. .
This video is another production of the Musical Group "Venezuelan Power" (Name devised by @fernanblog), sharing our music from Villa de Cura, Aragua state, Venezuela.

Chorus:
With an Andean poncho and a hat
very happy for the moor singing
With an Andean poncho and a hat
head down by the moor crying.
The Child Jesus of beautiful frailejones
Beautiful bouquets placed at the foot of a cross,
In the middle of the cold alone and shivering! Walked...
With an Andean poncho and a hat...
The Child Jesus who smiles and cries
That child adores and has the virtue
From laughing crying to crying laughing! In the life...
With an Andean poncho and a hat...
The Child Jesus lives in the mountains
stuck to the saw that saw him born.
Walk among the furrows of the cement. That they look at it...
With an Andean poncho and a hat...
The Child Jesus red cheeks
He lives on the mountain under the blue sky.
His friends are winds and streams. What rumors...
With an Andean poncho and a hat...
