Deception & Dishonesty
Jumoke and I had never been close. I tried my best to stay away from ladies who spoke too much, especially the ones who talked about other people's mistakes and never admitted theirs, or the ones who brought gossip about something that happened to someone for you people to discuss.
The first day I met with Jumoke, she was talking about a business my mom was doing, drop shipping. I listened carefully as she explained in detail how she ordered her items abroad from the company, paid someone to help her ship them, and had them delivered directly to her shop.
Hearing her accent, I suspected that she was a Yoruba girl, so I involved myself in the conversation, asking how she managed to get a contact abroad and if she was Yoruba.
It took us a while to get along because she was always leaving the topic we were talking about and delving into small talk that didn't concern me.
@iskafan is the Nigerian I met after James and Emmanuel.
She has a second username called @iskawrite.
She is a charming and wise person! She understands very well what men want in particular!😄
I assumed she was in business!
As a man living in a neighboring country to China, this is my first time meeting a Nigerian woman!
I've been trying to chat with American, European, and Asian women on Steemit and Hive, but without success!
I guessed that maybe my awkward English didn't get them interested!
However, the Nigerian woman @iskafan spoke to me honestly and kindly.
While talking to James and Emmanuel, I was surprised to learn that @iskafan is a different tribe from them!
The most famous tribes in Nigeria were the Plani Hausa, Yoruba, and Igbo.
She said she was a woman from Akwa Ibom State.

Akwa Ibom State is a state in the South-South geopolitical zone of Nigeria. It borders Cross River State to the east, Rivers State to the west by and Abia State, and to the south by the Atlantic Ocean. The state takes its name from the Qua Iboe River which bisects the state before flowing into the Bight of Bonny.[4] Akwa Ibom was split from Cross River State in 1987 with her capital Uyo and with 31 local government areas.
Of the 36 states, Akwa Ibom is the 30th largest in area and fifteenth most populous, with an estimated population of nearly 5.5 million as of 2016.[5] Geographically, the state is divided between the Central African mangroves in the coastal far south and the Cross–Niger transition forests in the rest of the state. Other important geographical features are the Imo and Cross rivers which flow along Akwa Ibom's eastern and western borders, respectively while the Kwa Ibo River bisects the state before flowing into the Bight of Bonny. In the southeast corner of the state is the Stubb Creek Forest Reserve, a heavily threatened wildlife reserve that contains declining crocodile, putty-nosed monkey, red-capped mangabey, and Sclater's guenon populations along with potentially extirpated populations of African leopard and Nigeria-Cameroon chimpanzee.[6][7][8][9] Offshore, the state is also biodiverse as there are large fish populations alongside various cetacean species, including bottlenose dolphins, pantropical spotted dolphins, humpback whales, and killer whales.[citation needed][10]
This was my first time learning about Akwa Ibom State!
I was surprised to learn that Nigeria is a very large country with over 200 tribes and diverse languages and cultures!😵
Emanuel said he can only communicate with Nigeria's more than 200 other tribes in English.
His words were shocking because the world I live in uses only one language and script!😦
It was surprising that the Akwa Ibom certainly differed in appearance and skin color from Emmanuel's tribesmen!😮
I was surprised to learn that Nigerians have different appearances and skin colors!
Emmanuel said that the different tribes of Nigeria have no homogeneity as citizens of the same country because they cannot talk to each other!
Emmanuel told me they are not Nigerians like me!
@iskafan spoke about the feeling of rejection and discomfort of not being able to communicate with Yoruba men.
@iskafan is Aida's descendant?
I guessed that @iskafan probably admires European civilization and wants to be like a European!
I was shocked to see the masterpieces created by European men depicting the physical beauty of black women!
East Asian men like me have not been able to create masterpieces depicting the physical beauty of black women.

East Asian men like me admired the opera Aida, which depicted the beauty of black women!
The scene where the Egyptian hero Radames conquers Ethiopia, but falls in love with Aida and dies tragically is always touching!

I am always amazed by the genius of European men in artistically depicting the beauty of black women!
