The small town of Tirlyan, Bashkiria. The town is small, but used to be a large industrial center. There was a metallurgical plant here. Raw materials for the plant were mined in quarries nearby. But the raw material reserves were depleted, production methods had advanced far, perestroika hit in the 90s and production gradually died out. And later there was a natural disaster - the reservoir dam burst, and part of the plant and the city itself. All that remained of the plant were a few buildings, partially destroyed, and the plant administration building.
