[ENG/ESP] Color Mask Makeup / Maquillaje Máscara de Colores

This is another mask that I've been wanting to do for a while, it's a super simple job but with a very nice result. The volume effect on the edges of the mask and its metallic colors gives it a very special finish. I will share with you step by step how I did this work.

Ésta es otra máscara que hace un tiempo quería hacer, es un trabajo súper sencillo pero con resultado muy lindo. El efecto de volumen en los bordes de la máscara y sus colores metálicos le proporciona un acabado muy especial. Les comparto paso a paso cómo fui realizando este trabajo.

In this case the first thing I did was to make the design of the mascara with a black eyeliner pencil. Then I applied the foundation on the rest of the face and made the contour strokes to outline my face, mainly to raise the cheekbones and nose and blended it with a brush.

En este caso lo primero que hice fue hacer el diseño de la máscara con un lápiz delineador negro. Luego apliqué la base de maquillaje en el resto del rostro y realicé los trazos de contorno para perfilar mi rostro, principalmente en para levantar los pómulos y la nariz y lo difuminé con una brocha.

I began the process of applying paint to the design. I applied metallic turquoise color on the top line, reserved the next one to apply black color, on the next one gold and on the last one a gradient of green, blue and purple.

Empecé el proceso de aplicación de pintura en el diseño. Apliqué color turquesa metalizado en el renglón de arriba, reservé el siguiente para aplicar color negro, en el siguiente dorado y en el último un degrade de verde, azul y morado.

Once the colors were applied I shaded the lower border to give an overlapping effect and with gold paint I made the border of the entire mask and also the separation borders of each line.

Una vez aplicado los colores realicé en sombreado en el borde inferior para dar efecto de superposición y con pintura dorada realicé el borde de toda la máscara y también los bordes de separación de cada renglón.

For the eye makeup I chose shades of green, gold and black. I made a line with black eyeliner pencil in the eye socket and under the waterline and then sealed and blended it with green shadow towards the fixed eyelid and under the lower lashes. I continued the fixed eyelid makeup with sand colored shadow and extended it towards the septum of the nose and applied gold shadow on the mobile eyelid. I applied black eyeliner pencil on the lips with flashes of metallic green and gold.

Para el maquillaje de los ojos elegí tonos verdes, dorado y negro. Realicé un trazo con lápiz delineador negro en la cuenca del ojo y debajo de la línea del agua y luego lo sellé y difuminé con sobra verde hacia el párpado fijo y debajo de las pestañas inferiores. Continué el maquillaje del párpado fijo con sombra color arena y lo extendí hacia el tabique de la nariz y apliqué sombra dorada en el párpado móvil. Apliqué lápiz delineador negro en los labios con destellos de verde metálico y dorado.
