Good afternoon #Qurator community, happy and blessed Tuesday; hope you are well together with family and friends. It is a pleasure for me to participate once again in the contest that every week @qurator poses, this time it corresponds Orange.
To participate I prepared some orange cookies, which in addition to orange juice contain grated orange peel.
Orange is a fruit rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, with it delicious drinks, jams, candies, cakes, cookies and others are prepared.
The ingredients used were:
Orange
Wheat flour ( 200 gr)
Sugar (180 gr)
1 egg.
Margarine (1 tablespoon)
Grated zest of 1 orange
Buenas tardes comunidad #Qurator, feliz y bendecido martes; espero se encuentren bien en unión de familiares y amigos. Es grato para mi participar una vez en el concurso que cada semana plantea @qurator, en esta ocasión corresponde Naranja.
Para participar preparé unas galletas de Naranja, las cuales además del jugo de Naranja contienen ralladura de la concha de esta fruta.
La naranja es una fruta rica en vitamina C y antioxidantes, con ella se preparan deliciosas bebidas, mermeladas, confites, tortas, galletas entre otros.
Los ingredientes usados fueron:
Naranja
Harina de trigo ( 200 gr)
Azúcar (180 gr)
1 Huevo.
Margarina ( 1 cucharada)
Ralladura de 1 naranja
PROCEDURE
With the help of a juicer I squeezed the juice from 3 oranges.

Con ayuda de un exprimidor saqué el jugo a 3 naranjas.
I grated one orange very carefully so as not to break it and to be able to remove part of the peel.
Rallé una naranja con mucho cuidado para no romperla y poder sacar parte de la concha.
In a bowl I added the flour, orange juice and sugar, then I mixed a little.
En un tazón agregué la harina, jugo de naranja y azúcar, luego mezclé un poco.
Then I added the egg and margarine, and with a spoon I integrated the ingredients.
Seguidamente añadí el huevo y margarina, con una cuchara integré los ingredientes.
Mezclados los ingredientes agregué la ralladura de naranja y la integré a la mezcla revolviendo con una cuchara.
