En esta evaluación grupal de la unidad curricular habilidades interpersonales realizamos por equipo una
dramatización con temas diferentes relacionado con las distintas emociones que como seres humanos podemos sentir y percibir, estuvo bastante interesante cada participación, en lo personal fue de mi agrado más que todo el equipo que habló sobre la autoestima, cuántas personas y sobre todos jóvenes en el mundo no están padeciendo de baja autoestima lo que les limita y afecta enormemente hasta en las cosas más simples de su vida diaria.

Una persona con baja autoestima le puede llevar a la depresión y la depresión si no es tratada a tiempo se puede convertir en una desgracia, Siendo la autoestima la valoración y percepción que una persona tiene de sí misma, es lo que opinamos también sobre lo que tenemos en cuanto a habilidades y nuestras capacidades, una persona con una autoestima saludable logra tener confianza en sí mismo y cambia positivamente en la manera cómo nos desenvolvemos en el día a día y la manera cómo nos relacionamos con las demás personas.

Otro punto que tocamos en las dramatizaciones se trató sobre la empatía, al finalizar la profesora comenzó a decir unas palabras dirigiéndose a algunos compañeros, le dijo a una estudiante que la belleza realmente se encuentra en el interior Porque siendo una persona noble de buenos sentimientos, inteligente con ganas de su superarse es lo que la hace realmente única y especial. Finalizamos dándole un fuerte abrazo a nuestra profesora por su sinceridad y sentidas palabras al decirnos que ella realmente no quería asistir ese día por asuntos personales como lo es la salud de su mamá quien actualmente se encuentra muy enferma, en cama.🥺 eso por supuesto le afecta, se le salieron las lágrimas y no dudamos ni un instante en ir y abrazarla. Es un gesto que no cuesta nada pero ayuda grandemente y más aún cuando se da de corazón con todo el cariño del mundo.
