Dear friends with knowledge of parts that can help me, as there is a saying that "two heads think better than one".
In this opportunity, I was able to demonstrate this experience in another community and say "Thank you #Hive" for the achievement, being able to improve my quality of life with this electronic device; however, although I do not lose hope to give my cry, today I turn to you with a small (Big problem) that is presenting me with:
The water pump and press control.
Queridos amigos conocedores de piezas que me pueden ayudar, ya que reza un dicho que "dos cabezas piensan mejor que una". En esta oportunidad, pude demostrar está experiencia en otra comunidad y decir "Gracias #Hive" por el logro alcanzado, al poder mejorar mi calidad de vida con este aparato electrónico; sin embargo, aunque no pierdo las esperanzas de dar mi grito, hoy recurro a ustedes con un pequeño (Gran problema) que se me está presentando con: La bomba de agua y el press control.
For those of you who read me, I will quickly put you in context. In Venezuela, we have many, many water problems and therefore we have to use tanks (containers) to store the vital liquid.
Having water problems means that the tap does not deliver water frequently, so here is the first step:
Buy a water pump.
However, it is a risky and annoying to be:
Turn on the pump!
Turn off the pump!
There is no water, turn it off THAT BURNS!
So, seeing this situation, I talked to my trusted mason and I told him:
"Look, I need something that I open my tap and water comes out...". "I'm tired of carrying water and having a shower, I have to take a bath with a hosepipe".
Mr. Luis (this man's name) told me to buy the presscontrol.
This device would help me to regulate the pressure exerted by the pump and achieve my goal.
Apart from this, he asked me for other equipment:
Para usted que me Lee, le pongo en contexto rápidamente. En Venezuela, tenemos muchos pero muchos problemas de agua y por ende debemos usar tanques (envases) para almacenar el vital líquido. Al tener problemas de agua, significa que por el grifo no llega el agua con frecuencia, así que aquí vino el primer paso: Comprar la bomba de agua.
Sin embargo, es un riesgo y fastidioso estar: ¡Prende la bomba! ¡Apaga la bomba! ¡No hay agua apaga QUE SE QUEMA! Entonces, yo viendo esta situación hablé con mi albañil de confianza y le dije: "Mire, yo necesito algo que yo abra mi grifo y salga agua..." "Estoy cansada de cargar agua y teniendo ducha, me tenga que bañar con tobos". El sr. Luis (nombre de este señor), me dijo que comprará el presscontrol. Este aparato me ayudaría regular la presión ejercida por la bomba y lograr mi cometido. Aparte de esto, me pidió otros implementos:
Materials:
All in 1/2 inch size:
Pipes ( 2 of 6mts).
Glue.
T.
Joints.
Elbows.
Stopcocks.
The 470 litre cylindrical tank.
Total: $100.
As there was only one water pump, a system was made with 3 stopcocks:
Open the tap that supplies water from the street, and close the others.
Open the tank tap and close the others.
Open the one on the street and the one to fill the tank.
Materiales: Todo en medida de 1/2 pulgada: - Tubos ( 2 de 6mts). - Pega. - T. - Juntas. - Codos. - Llaves de paso. - El tanque cilíndrico de 470 litros. Total: $100. Cómo había una sola bomba de agua, se hizo un sistema donde con 3 llaves de paso: 1. Abrir la llave que surte agua de la calle, y cerrar las otras. 2. Abrir la del tanque y cerrar las otras. 3. Abrir la de la calle y la de llenar el tanque.
THE PROBLEM// EL PROBLEMA
With all that was requested, the work took two days.
What was the problem?
When I switch on the press control, I open the tap and the water comes out, but it doesn't turn off!
Mr. Luis, asked me to buy those valves because he assumed "air was passing through". So one for the pipe that goes from the street water to the tank and another one that goes from the street water to fill the tank.
He put them in and
It still won't shut off.
It stays on as if it were the pump, it doesn't turn off when the tap is turned off.
I consulted with another person and he told me:
"That presscontrol must be connected from the water coming out of the tank, because if it is from the street water, it will always be on because it will always be passing water".
I told this to the person who installed it for me because the work is supposed to be under warranty and he said that it was not:
"That is well connected.... In fact, I did some tests and when I turned off the water inlet, it turned off".
I replied: "Aha, what do I do now?
This is where his response put me under pressure:
"What I think is that you have a water canister at home. The two options are:
Break EVERYTHING until you find the canister or
Put in new pipes."
Considering that my house is relatively new (five years of construction), if it were a broken pipe, you would already see the dampness and there is no sign of it. Besides, all the pipes are new.
Before I make a MEGA EXPENSE with a new pipe that will cost me a lot of money, I would like to know your opinion with the photographs provided or if you recommend me to do some test. There is also the option, of this second person, to do the tank connection, i.e. redo the system to see if your method works.
Con todo lo solicitado, el trabajo duró dos días. ¿Cuál fue el problema? Al conectar el presscontrol, abro el grifo y sale el agua ¡Pero no se apaga! El sr. Luis, me pidió compra esos válvulas porque él asumió "que estaba pasando aire". Entonces una para el tubo que va del agua de la calle para el tanque y otra que va del agua de la calle para llenar el tanque. Las colocó y Aún sigue sin apagarse.
Queda prendido como si fuese la bomba, no se apaga al cerrar el grifo. Consulté con otra persona y me dijo: "Ese presscontrol debe ir conectado del agua que sale del tanque, porque si está del agua de la calle, siempre estará prendido porque siempre estará pasando agua".
Le comenté esto a quién me lo instaló porque se supone que está en garantía el trabajo y me dijo que no: "Eso está bien conectado... De hecho, le hice unas pruebas y cuando cerré la entrada de agua, el apagó". Yo contesté: ajá y ¿Ahora que hago? Aquí es donde me bajo la presión con su respuesta: "Lo que yo creo es que tienes un bote de agua en casa. Las dos opciones son: - Romper TODO Hasta encontrar el bote o - Poner tubería nueva.
Contando que mi casa es relativamente nueva (cinco años de construcción), si fuera un tubo roto, ya se vería la humedad y no hay ningún indicio de ella. Además, todos los tubos son nuevos. Antes de hacer el MEGA GASTO con una tubería nueva que me sale mucho dinero, me gustaría saber su opinión con las fotografías facilitadas o si me recomiendan hacer alguna prueba. También está la opción, de esta segunda persona, haga la conexión del tanque, es decir, reordene el sistema para saber si su método funciona.
