Sports guide man in every aspect of his physical, psychological and social life.
If we don't walk daily, our body will produce fat and our blood cholesterol levels will rise.

And walking keeps a person's blood cholesterol level normal.
If we participate in a sport, we also participate in various activities that strengthen our body and protect our body from various diseases.
Sports provide an opportunity to live a healthy life.

Most sports activities benefit young children. We should encourage our children to play sports from an early age because children are strong and they can strengthen their body through sports.
In this way, when we encourage children to play sports at an early age, we can know which sport our child is good at.
Because if a child is good at running, he can become a good athlete in the race.
Helps in early learning.
Games strengthen children's minds and improve children's cognitive skills.

In this way, self-confidence is created in the children and the spirit of victory is created in them.
Some children who do not participate in sports activities develop irritability and loneliness.

Sports activities instill in children a desire to do something. In this way children develop the ability to cooperate and work together. And the spirit of working as a team is created. The spirit of accepting both victory and defeat also comes from sports activities.
Thus, it would not be wrong to say that sports activities instill a sense of humanity in a person.
So we need to instill in our children a sense of sports so that they can grow up in a healthy environment.
