Pues, resulta que ya llevo un año desde que cree mi cuenta en Hive. Si, ya han pasado 365 días y ha sido de las mejores cosas en este 2022. Todo parte por una notificación de la aplicación de @ecency donde @hivebuzz me mencionaba y yo fui a mirar para ver que meta de este proyecto había cumplido, pues me lleve la sorpresa. Todo eso fue en la noche que lanzamos de cuando hicimos oficial el evento HiveCubaCon y tuve que hacer de cuenta que no podía lanzarme a hacer una publicación cualquiera anunciando mi año en Hive, es por ello que lo hago hoy. Me he tomado el tiempo de sentarme a reflexionar sobre cada paso que he dado, las metas que he logrado gracias a ello y las buldaja, porque hay que decirlo así, de buenas personas que he conocido. Les aconsejo hacerlo cuando lleguen a la fecha y si lo recuerdan, me mencionan que me encantara leerlos, pero sigamos.

Well, it turns out that it's been a year since I created my Hive account. Yes, it's been 365 days and it's been one of the best things in this 2022. It all started with a notification from the @ecency application where @hivebuzz mentioned me and I went to check to see what goal of this project I had accomplished, and I was surprised. All that was on the night we launched the event HiveCubaCon and I had to realize that I couldn't just throw myself into making a post announcing my year in Hive, that's why I'm doing it today. I have taken the time to sit down and reflect on each step I have taken, the goals I have achieved thanks to it and the buldaja, because I have to say it this way, of good people I have met. I advise you to do so when you get to the date and if you remember, mention it to me I would love to read it, but let's move on.

Reflexionando sobre lo logrado

Vamos a ponerle algo de orden a toda esa reflexión. Comencé en noviembre de 2021, gracias a @eddiespino que se tomó el tiempo de explicarme todo sobre Hive, que a día de hoy aún lo hace en ocasiones, y lo considero un amigo aún cuando no nos hemos sentado con unas buenas frías a charlar de como gracias a él también existe @hivecuba. Hablando de HiveCuba, la mejor comunidad que se podría tener, surgió de un pequeño y desconocido canal de telegram en donde me dedique a hablar de mis experiencias. Llego un momento que esas experiencias eran todas en Hive y la comunidad casi que fue naciendo sola.

Comenzaron a llegar esas personas que a día de hoy se mantienen como parte casi indispensable de la comunidad como @janetedita, @jomancub, @crptogeek, @manuelernestogr, @robertikoramos, @noakmilo y muchos más que han ido sumando pasos junto a uno, aunque no los mencione hoy para no hacerles la lectura más larga. Nos salimos del círculo interno y comenzamos a llegar a toda la comunidad crypto cubana con gran fuerza. Pude conocer a varios grandes de Cuba en materia de criptomonedas que me han hecho crecer mucho, ellos no saben cuánto, en conocimiento y experiencia. Hoy día a muchos los puedo llamar amigos como a @soy-elbarbas, @maricucita26 y @erichgarcia que son los que están en Hive y de seguro más llegarán.

Todo eso posibilito que nuestra comunidad sea lo que es hoy día y que yo no pueda estar más feliz. Todavía recuerdo nuestro primer evento físico en La Marca, aquel día el nervio crecía con cada vez que la puerta se habría por la de personas que iban entrando hasta llenarse aquello, al punto de que algunos se sentaron en el piso. Fue toda una alegría y un sueño cumplido que ni sabía que tenía. Espero de corazón que este 19 de noviembre tengamos el mismo éxito en el HiveCubaCon, así que les hago algo de spam metiendo este hermoso cartel de @robertikoramos.

Reflecting on what has been achieved

Let's put some order to all that reflection. I started in November 2021, thanks to @eddiespino who took the time to explain everything about Hive to me, which to this day he still does on occasion, and I consider him a friend even when we haven't sat down with some good cold ones to chat about how thanks to him @hivecuba also exists. Speaking of HiveCuba, the best community you could have, it emerged from a small and unknown telegram channel where I dedicated myself to talk about my experiences. There came a time when those experiences were all in Hive and the community was almost born on its own.

People started to arrive that today remain as an almost indispensable part of the community as @janetedita, @jomancub, @crptogeek, @manuelernestogr, @robertikoramos, @noakmilo and many more who have been adding steps along with one, although I do not mention them today to not make the reading longer. We left the inner circle and began to reach the entire Cuban crypto community with great force. I was able to meet several big names in Cuba in cryptocurrency that have made me grow a lot, they do not know how much, in knowledge and experience. Today I can call many of them friends like @soy-elbarbas, @maricucita26 and @erichgarcia who are in Hive and surely more Will come.

All this made it possible for our community to be what it is today and I couldn't be happier. I still remember our first physical event at La Marca, that day the nerves grew with each time the door opened because of the number of people that were entering until the place was full, to the point that some of them sat on the floor. It was a joy and a dream fulfilled that I didn't even know I had. I sincerely hope that this November 19 we have the same success at the HiveCubaCon, so I'm spamming them with this beautiful poster by @robertikoramos.

Logros personales y dentro de Hive

Se cumplieron metas personales gracias a Hive, como mi boda con @aylenmp, que en gran parte se pagó con mis recompensas. Créanme que hubiese sido muy diferente si nunca hubiese conocido Hive o quizás no, pero mejor ni imaginarse. He podido aportar en mayor medida a mi familia que hoy día ha crecido gracias a esa boda y sin dejar de mencionar que he podido surcar la grave situación que existe en nuestro país. Por esto último es que llevo 3 trabajos a la vez sin contar la gestión de la comunidad, que no lo veo como trabajo, pero si puedo decirles que toma mucho tiempo. Y les digo lo de los trabajos porque uno de ellos lo tengo gracias a Hive, todavía no quiero mencionar cual es para no condicionar ciertas cosas.

Para ir cerrando quiero solo mencionarles que he llegado a la cifra de 1000 Hive Power y más de 200 HBD en Savings. Dos metas que ya puedo tachar de la anterior publicación donde hablaba de ello y que ya toca volver a redefinir. Para esto pensé esperarme a finales de diciembre, pero, aunque ya se lograron la mayoría de metas que definí para estos últimos 4 meses del año, me esperare al 2023. Quiero que mi primer post de enero sea mis metas para el 2023 y que sirva para de verdad buscar alcanzar esas metas que siempre nos definidos al inicio de cada año, pero que fácil se olvidan muchas veces con el pasar de los días. Así que solo terminare esta sección, diciéndoles que pienso llegar a los 2000 Hive Power según https://hivestats.io/@manuphotos antes de que acabe el año (Hivestats toma este dato de la suma de todos los votos que he obtenido). Personal and Hive achievements

Personal goals were accomplished thanks to Hive, such as my wedding to @aylenmp, which was largely paid for with my rewards. Believe me it would have been very different if I had never met Hive, or maybe not, but I can't even imagine. I have been able to contribute to a greater extent to my family that today has grown thanks to that wedding and not to mention that I have been able to navigate the serious situation that exists in our country. For this last reason I have 3 jobs at the same time without counting the management of the community, which I do not see as work, but I can tell you that it takes a lot of time. And I tell you about the jobs because I have one of them thanks to Hive, I still don't want to mention which one it is so as not to condition certain things.

To close I just want to mention that I have reached the figure of 1000 Hive Power and more than 200 HBD in Savings. Two goals that I can already cross out from the previous publication where I talked about it and that it is time to redefine again. For this I thought I would wait until the end of December, but, although most of the goals I defined for the last 4 months of the year have already been achieved, I will wait until 2023. I want my first post of January to be my goals for 2023 and that it serves to really seek to achieve those goals that we always define at the beginning of each year, but that are easily forgotten many times with the passing of the days.
