Hoy estoy haciendo la tarea que más me gusta de mi hogar, dándole mantenimiento a mi jardín, para esto me ayuda mi amigo y jardinero Rosado. Mi jardinero es un hombre que se ha dedicado mucho tiempo a esta actividad, tiene gran experiencia en su trabajo y conocimientos de botánica.

Mi jardín no es muy grande pero para mi es especial, en el tengo sembrado varias especies de helechos, tengo crotos, cinta, plantas medicinales como manzanilla, menta, anís, orégano y sabila entre otras, también tengo sembrado flor de pascua, adelfas y otras flores.

En este espacio no solo hay plantas, hay muchos sueños, amor y esperanzas, mi esposo, hace más de veinte años, lo diseñó y sembró las primeras plantas, muchas de ellas existen todavía, a el también le gustaba mucho la jardinería y después que se retiró, le dedicaba mucho tiempo a su cuidado, para el, esto no era una tarea, era un hobby que disfrutaba tanto como yo.

Cada vez que prendía alguna planta o salía una flor me llamaba y me la enseñaba con gran entusiasmo, también cuando alguna se enfermaba o moría nos entristeciamos mucho.

Aquí también cogíamos flores para adorna la casa en días de fiesta y cumpleaños, también cuando murieron mis padres cogíamos flores para ponerles a ellos.

En un tiempo que estuvimos lejos mi jardín entristeció, algunas plantas murieron, al regresar tuvimos que darle mucha atención, las begonias nunca las he podido recuperar, ya en estos momentos mi jardín florece feliz.

Aquí estan las huellas de los perros que hemos tenido, también es la zona de caza de la pituki (Gatica). Aquí los niños que ya son hombres han jugado y se han sentado a comer mangos, aquí mi nieto comenzó a caminar y aprendió a correr. Aquí de día he esperado a que lleguen los niños de la escuela o he sacado a mi madre en su sillón de ruedas a coger el sol por las mañanas y ya de noche he salido algunas veces a pensar, y solo a el, le he contado mis alegrías y mis temores.

Hoy mi jardín también sirve para poder coger la señal y podernos conectar en el celular y tener una mejor conexión, también a servido de tapiz para que mi hijo saque bonitas fotos.

Hoy es un día hermoso, con un sol radiante y yo estoy regando mi hermoso jardín.

Today I am doing the task that I like the most in my home, giving maintenance to my garden, for this my friend and gardener Rosado is helping me. My gardener is a man who has dedicated a lot of time to this activity, he has great experience in his work and knowledge of botany.

My garden is not very big but for me it is special, in it I have planted several species of ferns, I have crocus, ribbon, medicinal plants such as chamomile, mint, anise, oregano and sabila among others, I also have planted poinsettias, oleanders and other flowers.

In this space there are not only plants, there are many dreams, love and hopes, my husband, more than twenty years ago, designed it and planted the first plants, many of them still exist, he also liked gardening and after he retired, he dedicated a lot of time to its care, for him, this was not a task, it was a hobby that he enjoyed as much as I did.

Every time he started a plant or a flower came out he would call me and show it to me with great enthusiasm, also when a plant got sick or died we were very sad.

Here we also picked flowers to decorate the house on holidays and birthdays, also when my parents died we picked flowers to put for them.

During the time we were away my garden became sad, some plants died, when we came back we had to pay a lot of attention to them, the begonias I have never been able to recover, now my garden is blooming happily.

Here are the tracks of the dogs we have had, it is also the hunting area of the pituki (Gatica). Here the boys who are now men have played and sat down to eat mangoes, here my grandson began to walk and learned to run. Here during the day I have waited for the children to arrive from school or I have taken my mother out in her wheelchair to catch the sun in the mornings and at night I have gone out sometimes to think, and only to him, I have told him my joys and my fears.

Today my garden also serves to be able to get the signal and be able to connect to the cell phone and have a better connection, it has also served as a tapestry for my son to take beautiful pictures.
