Hola cocineros y foodie bloggers, espero estén teniendo una excelente semana, ayer tenÃa cero ganas de hacer desayuno, no crean que esto pasa siempre pero la verdad me sentÃa un poco mal asà que pensé que podÃamos ir a comer empanadas cerca de mi edificio y desayunar algo diferente, para los que no saben las empanadas venezolanas se preparan con una masa de harina de maÃz y rellena con cualquier cosa que gustes, desde queso hasta guisos elaborados y granos, tiene una forma de media luna y luego de se frita se puede degustar, todo es cuestión de creatividad, en el local al que fuÃ, los rellenos más comunes son de pollo desmenuzado, carne también desmenuzado, y pescado, pero hay combinaciones que son de otro planeta como la empanada de pabellón 🤤 rellena de carné, caraotas (frijoles negros), queso, y tajadas de plátano frito, sin duda una delicia al paladar.
Recuerdo que mi abuela vendÃa empanadas, sÃ, quizás está sea la razón por la que me gustan tanto, yo incluso llegué hacer empanadas con mis primas para vender, tenÃamos un pequeño emprendimiento donde nosotras trabajamos por nuestra cuenta, no iba muy bien, lamentablemente mis primas emigraron a otros paÃses y yo sola no pude seguir con la venta, pero me imagino en un futuro con un local donde pueda vender comida rica (uno de mis sueños), y bueno chicos este fué un pequeño review de este rico desayuno, ¿Alguna vez has probado empanadas venezolanas?
