Me siento contento de participar en esta iniciativa (El ArcoAlimentos) propuesta por la amiga @mariale07 , para este concurso cocinando a todo color yo elegí preparar un batido nutritivo de Flor de Jamaica conocida científicamente como Hibiscus sabdariffa con pomalaca cuyo nombre científico Syzygium malaccense y mango (Manguifera Indica)
Desde niño me encanta la pomalaca ya que en la casa de mi abuela había muchos árboles y ella siempre nos decía: niños coman pomalaca para que estén sanos , fuertes y rozagantes , además, es un fruto rico en calcio el cual nos ayudará a fortalecer nuestros huesos , también excelente para aumentar las defensas del cuerpo.
Sin más que agregar manos a la pomalaca!!
