Hola hola gente bonita de Hive, h
desde el pasado viernes vienes visitar a mis padres al pueblo donde crecí, por motivo de las elecciones y les quiero contar sobre las tres primeras comidas que probé al llegar.
Tenía mucha ansiedad de regresar, pero necesitaba un poco de calor hogareño y obviamente ejercer mi derecho al voto.
Mis papás son bastantes tradicionales sy criollos, siempre he dicho que la mejor comida sale de esta cocina.
Al llegar me recibieron con café ☕bien caliente y sin azúcar como me gusta.
Tuve un día de viaje bastante pesado, ya que perdí la primera salida, así que a eso de las 6 llegué a casa. Y obviamente los besos de mi hijo perruno no podían faltar.
Lo segundo que probé en casa fue una deliciosa sopa de gallina, con que cené y después de mucho platicar si el dia por terminado.
La mañana siguiente otro café ☕bien cargado, y unas deliciosas torrejas con queso fueron mi desayuno.
De almuerzo lo más esperado, que me tenía salivando.
Pato 🦆 guisado con bola, una delicia de carne blanda y jugosa con toquesito picante para amenizar el paladar.
Y mi tercera comida un exquisito arroz frito con camarones 🍤🍤 que hice con mi papá y quedó súper rico.
Ya me quedan pocos días aquí, pero seguiré disfrutando en cada bocado...

Hello, hello beautiful people of Hive, since last Friday you have been visiting my parents in the town where I grew up, due to the elections, and I want to tell you about the first three meals I tried when I arrived.
I was very anxious to return, but I needed a bit of home warmth and obviously to exercise my right to vote.
My parents are quite traditional and Creole, I have always said that the best food comes from this kitchen.
Upon arrival they welcomed me with coffee ☕very hot and without sugar as I like it.
I had a pretty tough day of travel, since I missed the first departure, so I got home around 6.
And obviously the kisses from my dog son couldn't be missing.
The second thing I tried at home was a delicious chicken soup, which I had for dinner and after a lot of talking, the day was over.
The next morning another ☕strong coffee, and some delicious torrejas with cheese were my breakfast.
For lunch, the most anticipated thing, which had me salivating. Duck 🦆 stewed with dumplings, a delight of soft and juicy meat with a spicy touch to liven up the palate.
And my third meal, delicious fried rice with shrimp 🍤🍤
I made this with my dad, and it was too delicious.
I only have a few days left here, but I will continue to enjoy every bite...
