El fin de semana fui a hacer algunas cosas con mi mamá y mi hermana y decidimos pasar por el supermercado, no sé si era porque estaba en un buen mood o que, pero lo que normalmente no me llama la atención me llamó ese día y fueron los colores y organización de las frutas.
He estudiado muy poco al respecto de los Trastornos Obsesivos Compulsivos, ya que no es algo que afecte frecuentemente las edades con las que trabajo, pero si he escuchado hablar a una que otra personas mas jóvenes que tienen cierta obsesión, sin llegar a ser una enfermedad, en mantener el orden y la organización, porque al verlas desordenadas les produce malestar y siempre me ha parecido interesante intentar entenderlos.
Sin embargo, siempre lo vi así, es decir me enfoqué en ese malestar que produce la desorganización, pero no tomaba en cuenta el otro lado de la situación que era el placer de ver las cosas organizadas. Este fin de semana comprendí esto al sentirlo yo misma viendo todas estas frutas super organizadas por tipo, color y hasta forma en el supermercado.
Y hasta ahorita sigo pensando ¿Será que en verdad se veían así de bonitas como yo las vi y las veo ahora mismo mientras admiro nuevamente las fotos? ¿Qué dicen ustedes? ¿Se ven placenteras? Me dió risa porque la gente me veía bastante rara por mi reacción mientras yo y mi sobrinita admirábamos emocionadas los colores, las frutas puestas para adornar las mesas y detallábamos todo ¡Es que les pusieron hasta un pequeño césped para que se vieran tal cual como si las frutas estuvieran en la naturaleza! Sigo estando maravillada.
Antes de entrar ahí me sentía super cansada porque estaba con mi hermana y mis sobrinitos comprando útiles escolares, y no sé si fue la iluminación, los colores, el olor, la organización, o todo junto, pero el placer visual me recargó de energía.
Sé que tal vez lo ven como una tontería, pero a veces cuando estamos agobiados por problemas, cansados o enfocados solo en algunas cosas, dejamos pasar estos detalles simples de la vida, que nos ayudan a enfocarnos en lo que debemos y son en esos pequeños detalles en cualquier lugar que sin darnos cuenta nos pueden proporcionar pequeños momentos de relajación y felicidad.
Este es un supermercado que no siempre visito porque me queda lejos de mi casa, pero definitivamente le insistiré a mi mamá para hacer el esfuerzo y hacer el mercado más frecuentemente aquí, por cierto, es el [Supermercado Río] de la Av. Bolívar en Margarita - Venezuela.

I don't know if it was because I was in a good mood or what, but what normally doesn't catch my attention called my attention that day and it was the colors and organization of the fruits.
I have studied very little about Obsessive Compulsive Disorders, since it is not something that often affects the ages I work with, but I have heard some younger people talk about having a certain obsession, without being a disease, in maintaining order and organization, because seeing them disordered makes them feel uncomfortable and I have always found it interesting to try to understand them.
However, I always saw it that way, that is to say, I focused on the discomfort produced by disorganization, but I did not take into account the other side of the situation, which was the pleasure of seeing things organized. This weekend I understood this when I felt it myself seeing all these fruits super organized by type, color and even shape in the supermarket.
And to this day I keep thinking, did they really look as beautiful as I saw them and I see them right now as I admire the pictures again? What do you say? Do they look pleasant? It made me laugh because people were looking at me quite funny because of my reaction while me and my little niece were excitedly admiring the colors, the fruits placed to decorate the tables and we were detailing everything. They even put a little lawn to make them look just as if the fruits were in nature! I am still in awe.
Before I went in there I was feeling super tired because I was with my sister and my little nephews shopping for school supplies, and I don't know if it was the lighting, the colors, the smell, the organization, or all of it together, but the visual delight recharged me with energy.
I know that maybe they see it as silly, but sometimes when we are overwhelmed by problems, tired or focused only on a few things, we miss these simple details of life, which help us focus on what we should and are in those small details in any place that without realizing it can provide us with small moments of relaxation and happiness.
This is a supermarket that I don't always visit because it is far away from my house, but I will definitely insist my mom to make the effort and do the market more frequently here, by the way, it is the [Supermercado Rio] on Bolivar Ave. in Margarita - Venezuela.
