Hello friends of the kitchen!
I am very happy to come to participate in this initiative of my friend @mariale07 where she always challenges us to cook using a colorful ingredient, so I have not been left with the desire to participate, on the contrary I am very excited to leave my entry.
For this occasion I bring a recipe for a very simple and practical salad, because with only having the ingredients you can make it in a tris, it is not only the quickness of the preparation but the contributions it makes to the body.
The beet is the special vegetable in this preparation because it will be the one who will bring color to it, it is very good to raise hemoglobin, in cases of anemia or low in it, it is highly recommended during pregnancy, it is a source that provides minerals such as potassium, phosphorus, calcium and others. On the other hand it helps to detoxify the body and could prevent cancer, in this sense the consumption of beets brings many benefits to our health.
The zucchini is made up of 95% water which makes it a diuretic, that is, it helps us to eliminate toxins through urine, contains antioxidant properties, has some vitamins and also has fewer calories than pumpkin or squash which is family, so it is highly recommended in diets for its low caloric load.
The carrot helps with vision, prevents menstrual disorders, protects teeth, regulates intestinal problems among other benefits it provides, it is worth noting that it is rich in minerals and contains properties to prevent cancer.
Cabbage, in this case we find that this is an antioxidant, rich in vitamins C and E, plus folic acid which is involved in bones, in the formation of teeth and collagen, its consumption promotes the proper functioning of the intestine.
The orange, rich in vitamin C, is the perfect complement for today's salad. As you can notice this salad will leave very good contributions to our organism.
