Hola hola mi bonita comunidad de hivefood espero que tengan un domingo muy agradable 😊 yo me encuentro en casa junto a mi familia disfrutando de un hermoso domingo así que espero que tu estés igual, el día de hoy comparto unas deliciosas galletas llenas de amor que elabore recientemente así que espero puedas disfrutarlas y elaborarlos en algún momento de tu vida.
The ingredients used for this recipe have been the following:
●100 gr of margarine.
●3/4 cup of sugar.
●1 egg.
●Vanilla essence.
●2 1/2 cups of wheat flour.
●Baking powders.
●2 gr of lemon zest.
●Heart cutter.
●Trays.
Los ingredientes utilizados para esta receta han sido los siguientes:
●100 gr de margarina.
●3/4 taza de azúcar.
●1 huevo.
●Esencia de vainilla.
●2 1/2 taza de harina de trigo.
●Polvos para hornear.
●2 gr de ralladura de limon.
●Cortador de corazon.
●Bandejas.
❤️ Step 1: We start by mixing the ingredients for this, we begin by placing the margarine in the mixer and beat until creamy and then add the sugar 👩🏻🍳 followed by this we add the egg along with the vanilla essence and continue mixing.
❤️ Step 2: Now finally we add the wheat flour along with the baking powder and mix until we have our cookie dough.
❤️ Paso 1: Iniciamos mezclando los ingredientes para esto comenzamos colocando la margarina en la batidora y batimos hasta cremar para luego así agregar el azúcar 👩🏻🍳 seguido de esto agregamos el huevo junto con la esencia de vainilla y continuamos mezclando.
❤️ Paso 2: Ahora por último procedemos agregar la harina de trigo junto con los polvos de hornear y mezclamos hasta tener la masa de nuestras galletas.
❤️ Step 3: Now with the dough ready we proceed to roll it out with the help of the rolling pin in a flat place. In my case I have used the table and proceeded to roll out the dough and then make the heart-shaped cuts.
❤️ Step 4: Once we have the cookie figures 🍪 we proceed to place them in the Trays to cook, taking them directly to the oven for approximately 20 or 30 minutes until they are completely cooked, we remove them and let them cool.
❤️ Paso 3: Ahora con la masa lista procedemos a extenderla con ayuda del rodillo en un lugar plano en mi caso he utilizado la mesa y procedido a extender la masa para luego así realizar los cortes con figura de corazón.
❤️ Paso 4: Al tener las figuras de galletas 🍪 procedemos a colocar en las Bandejas para así cocinar llevando directo al horno por aproximadamente 20 o 30 minutos hasta estar complemente cocinadas, retiramos y dejamos enfriar.
