Hace días mi esposo tiene antojo de comer torta, un ponque sencillo de vainilla🥧, nosotros hacemos tortas para vender y decoradas con variedad de productos, muy a veces las probamos por que controlamos el azúcar , sin embargo tenemos tiempo sin hacer nada desde que mi esposo trabaja todo el día.

*3 huevos 🥚🥚🥚
*180 grms de azucar🍯
*160 ml de aceite🍶
*160 ml leche🥛
*1 cucharadita de vainilla
*250 grms de harina todo uso
*2.5 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
*1 pizca de sal 🧂
*Ralladura de naranja🍊

Modo de preparación: mezclar el aceite con la mantequilla, luego agregar uno a uno los huevos y batir con la batidora eléctrica más o menos por 5 minutos hasta que esté cremoso, añadir la sal, vainilla, polvo de hornear, y seguir batiendo, luego añadir un tercio de la harina y un tercio de la leche y así sucesivamente hasta acabar con estos y seguir batiendo, por último añadir la Ralladura de naranja, colocar en molde engrasado y llevar al horno por 250° por una hora aproximadamente, meter un palillo antes de sacar del horno, si sale limpio esta lista, si no, dejar un poco mas.
