Feliz noche amigos de esta linda comunidad de Hive Food, días sin pasar por aquí, hoy es el cumpleaños de 2 de mis hermanos y decidí preparar un panque marmoleado para mi hermano Luis, que más que mi hermano es mi amigo y alguien con quien puedo contar en todo momento, todos los años hago una torta o un panque y le canto cumpleaños, mi hermano se emociona mucho y eso me da mucha satisfacción, sin más que decir paso a los ingredientes y al paso a paso.

2 tazas de harina de trigo todo uso
2 tazas de azúcar
2 1/2 cucharadas de margarina
1/2 taza de leche
1 cucharadita de polvo de hornear
4 cucharadas de cacao en polvo
1 cucharada de esencia de vainilla
2 huevos
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 cups sugar
2 1/2 tablespoons margarine
1/2 cup milk
1 teaspoon baking powder
4 tablespoons cocoa powder
1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Empiezo por echar en un envase las 2 cucharadas de margarina y las 2 tazas de azúcar, con un batidor mezclo bien la margarina con el azúcar.

Luego le agrego la cucharada de polvo de hornear a la harina y mezclo bien, con un colador cirno la harina sobre la mezcla, primero una taza, mezclo bien alternando con la mitad de la leche, luego le agrego la otra taza de harina cernida con el resto de la leche, continuar batiendo hasta que este una mezcla homogenea, engraso un envase de vidrio resistente al calor con media cucharadita de harina y luego le echo una cucharada de cacao en polvo, si quiere le echa harina de trigo o azúcar.

Echo la mezcla en el envase de vidrio, dejando un poquito en el envase donde esta la mezcla para agregarle las 2 cucharadas de cacao, cuando este bien mezclada la echo en el centro de la torta y con un cuchillo o un palito de altura lo distribuyo en la otra mezcla para que quede marmoleado el panque, lo meto en el horno previamente precalentado a 180 grados por 40 minutos,(eso depende del horno de cada quien), lo deje enfriar, lo desmolde y le cante el cumpleaños a mi hermano.
