Hoy vine para hablarles de un sitio de comida rápida que visité el 30 de diciembre con mi familia, venden hamburguesas, salchipapas, pollo frito, entre otros platos. Les voy a contar mi experiencia en este lugar y también les hablaré de la comida que pedimos y de sus sabores.

Today I came to tell you about a fast food place that I visited on December 30 with my family, they sell burgers, salchipapas, fried chicken, among other dishes. I am going to tell you about my experience in this place and I will also tell you about the food we ordered and its flavors.
El 30 de diciembre, nos paramos bien temprano porque íbamos a salir para comprar algunas cosas, en mi caso yo iba a comprar la ropa que me iba a poner para recibir el año.
Luego de hacer todo lo que íbamos a hacer todos estábamos un poco cansados y nadie quería llegar cocinando así que mi mamá nos dijo para ir a comer y decidimos ir a La Taquería Broster porque anteriormente habíamos ido y había sido una buena experiencia, además de que esta vez íbamos con mi tía María y mi primo Andrés, que no habían ido anteriormente. Queríamos comida simple porque mi primito Andrés no come de todo, el es muy selectivo y nos pareció una muy buena idea ir a comer pollo a la broster y así podíamos disfrutar todos.
Al llegar al lugar podemos ver la entrada, que es muy linda, hay una mesa afuera en la que se puede comer, nosotros decidimos instalarnos adentro, pero también está la opción de comer afuera que también se ve agradable, la ultima vez que fuimos adentro estaba haciendo demasiado frío y supongo que comer afuera puede ser una opción para personas friolentas ya que es un poco más cálido.
On December 30, we got up very early because we were going to go out to buy some things, in my case I was going to buy the clothes I was going to wear to receive the year.
After doing everything we were going to do we were all a little tired and no one wanted to get there cooking so my mom told us to go eat and we decided to go to La Taqueria Broster because we had been there before and it had been a good experience, plus this time we were going with my aunt Maria and my cousin Andres, who had not been there before. We wanted simple food because my cousin Andres does not eat everything, he is very selective and we thought it was a very good idea to go to eat chicken broster and so we could all enjoy.
When we arrive at the place we can see the entrance, which is very nice, there is a table outside where you can eat, we decided to settle inside, but there is also the option of eating outside which also looks nice, the last time we went inside it was too cold and I guess eating outside can be an option for cold people since it is a little warmer.
El sitio está muy bien ambientado y es muy cómodo, desde que llegamos los trabajadores nos trataron muy bien y nos ofrecieron tirarnos fotos, algo que me pareció muy lindo. El lugar es muy lindo y cómodo, tiene varias decoraciones que hicieron en pintura para tiza y me parece que está de moda, ya que lo he visto también en otros lugares y me parece muy lindo. Yo aproveché de tirarme fotos mientras esperábamos la comida algunas fotos mientras esperábamos la comida.
En esta ocasión pedimos dos pollos a la broster, dos refrescos y una ración de papas. Por cada pollo viene incluido una ración de ensalada, una ración de arepas y dos salsas, una blanca y otra de tomate. No tuvimos que esperar demasiado para comer, es decir nos atendieron rápido y también hicieron la comida rápido.
The place is very well decorated and very comfortable, since we arrived the workers treated us very well and offered us to take pictures, something that I found very nice. The place is very nice and comfortable, it has several decorations made in chalk paint and it seems to me that it is fashionable, since I have seen it in other places and I think it is very nice. I took the opportunity to take some pictures while we were waiting for the food.
This time we ordered two broster chickens, two sodas and a portion of potatoes. Each chicken comes with a portion of salad, a portion of arepas and two sauces, one white and one tomato. We did not have to wait too long to eat, that is to say, they served us quickly and also made the food fast.

Ya hablé de la estética del lugar y de la atención al cliente, ahora hablemos de lo más importante: la comida, en realidad puedo decir que estaba demasiado buena, todo muy delicioso. El pollo a mi me pareció que estaba demasiado sabroso, bastante crujiente y estaba para chuparse los dedos.
El pollo según mi tía y mi mamá no estaba en el punto perfecto ya que ellas prefieren que esté más tostado, sin embargo yo no noté ese pequeño detalle y si me gustó mucho como sabía el pollo.
I already talked about the aesthetics of the place and the customer service, now let's talk about the most important thing: the food, actually I can say that it was too good, everything was delicious. I thought the chicken was very tasty, very crispy and finger licking good.
The chicken according to my aunt and my mom was not at the perfect point since they prefer it to be more toasted, however I didn't notice that little detail and I really liked the way the chicken tasted.

La ensalada estaba demasiado buena, a mi me gustó mucho, las arepas estaban bastante crujientes y el sabor estaba muy bueno, y lo mejor fueron las papitas, estaban bien ricas y las disfruté bastante y el refresco, bueno, obviamente estaba sabroso.
Todo estaba muy sabroso, las arepas estaba crujientes y excelentes para acompañar el pollo, la ensalada igual, muy rica de zanahoria repollo y aderezada con mayonesa y con perejil. Las papitas estaban muy buenas, aunque en realidad las compramos porque mi primito estaba antojado, igual le tocó compartir con nosotros jajajaja.
The salad was very good, I liked it very much, the arepas were very crunchy and the flavor was very good, and the best were the chips, they were very tasty and I enjoyed them a lot and the soda, well, obviously it was tasty.
Everything was very tasty, the arepas were crunchy and excellent to accompany the chicken, the salad was the same, very tasty carrot and cabbage salad, dressed with mayonnaise and parsley. The chips were very good, although we actually bought them because my little cousin was craving them, he still had to share with us hahahaha.

Algo que no me gustó mucho fueron las salsas, no estaban tan buenas, no tenían un sabor que resaltara y sinceramente preferí comer sin echar la salsa, sin embargo a mi papá, mi tía y a Andrés si les gustó así que cuando se acabaron nos ofrecieron recargarla, por lo cual cobraron un poco más.
Something I didn't like very much were the sauces, they weren't that good, they didn't have a flavor that stood out and honestly I preferred to eat without the sauce, however my dad, my aunt and Andres liked it so when they ran out they offered us a refill, for which they charged a little more.
Ahora, hablando un poco más de la experiencia puedo decir que el lugar es realmente agradable, muy cómodo para pasar tiempo de calidad en familia, los trabajadores fueron muy amables con nosotros desde el momento en que llegamos y nos atendieron muy bien. La comida es muy sabrosa cada una destacando y complementadose al mismo tiempo. Andrés, mi primito disfrutó mucho de la comida y nosotros igual, fue un momento muy gratificante para cerrar el año, una hermosa manera de disfrutar del penúltimo día del año.
Now, talking a little more about the experience I can say that the place is really nice, very comfortable to spend quality time with the family, the workers were very kind to us from the moment we arrived and attended us very well. The food is very tasty each highlighting and complementing each other at the same time. Andres, my little cousin enjoyed the food very much and so did we, it was a very gratifying moment to close the year, a beautiful way to enjoy the penultimate day of the year.

Y esto es todo lo que tengo que decir sobre La Taquería Broster, un lugar que me gustó mucho visitar y que venden comida muy sabrosa, me gustaría probar alguna de los otros platos que venden, de ser así, se los muestro y les digo que tal, por ahora solo he probado el pollo y me parece que es muy bueno.
