Healthy menstrual cycle

Our menstruation is a reflection of our general health beyond physically monthly bleeding. If our health is in place, our menstruation is regular, smooth, symptom-free and fluid.

To know how a healthy and normal menstrual cycle should be, the menstruation period is the first step for our health.

The optimal cycle length is 25-35 days. The menstruation period is 3-7 days under normal conditions. (5 days is considered ideal.)

The follicular phase is the first day of your male and ends one day before ovulation. Its length is variable but should last at least 11 days for a fertile cycle.

If your follicular phase is short, you may be experiencing either an estrogen deficiency or an excess of progesterone.

If your follicular phase is long, you may have an excess of estrogen to cause ovulation.

There is no rule that spawning will be on the 14th day of the cycle. It can be anywhere between 12-17 days, and your diet and stress have a great effect on it.

The luteal phase begins the day immediately after ovulation and continues until one day before your male starts. It is expected to take 10-14 days but it is most ideal to be close to 14 days.

If this phase physically lasts more than 16 days, you are either pregnant or do not ovulate.

If the phase is less than 10 days, then you are probably experiencing Luteal Phase Defect. (Or if your cycle is less than 24 days) LFD means that your cycle is too short to get pregnant or to maintain your pregnancy during the 2nd half of your cycle and is due to low progesterone levels.
