Natural fruits juices - Are they really healthy ? REAL AND DIRTY TRUTH !! 🍹❎

Hello everyone how are you all , i hope all doing but today reading this vlog u might change some of your daily routines and apply some good routines in place of them .
Today i will be talking about juices , what they have in it ? , Are they healthy ?? , How much you should drink ?? , Everything !! SO JUST FOLLOW THE BLOG 😋

So guys if we talk about fruit juices many nutritionist and doctor will say they are good for health. Ther have many VITAMINS AND MINERALS IN IT ... but where they are WRONG let's see -:
🌑VERY HIGH AMOUNT OF SUGAR -: if you will drink juice like minimum of 250 ml then you will get 30+ grams of sugar in it and everyone knows that sugar has high glycemic index . On a scale of 100 GI varies in about 66 to 76 which is very high !!
According to W.H.O. report the daily intake of men and women of sugar is 30g and 24 g respectively...SO THINK ABOUT IT IF YOU WILL TAKE SO MUCH OF IN JUST ONE JUICE THEN WHAT WILL BE FOR YOU NECT MEAL IN WHOLE DAY !!

🌑FRUCTOSE LEVEL -: which ever fruit you eat the sugar or carbs present in it is called FRUCTOSE amd it has problem like it doesn't store in your glycogen and processed in your liver (BAD) . WHICH CAUSE RISK OF NON - ALCOHOLIC FATTY ACID DISEASES AND TYPE 2 DIBEATIS....

🌑LACK OF FIBRE -: when you process juice the fibre present in your friut replenished ......whole fruits have rich in fibre ....

🌑CONCLUSION -:
If you are drinking juice in 1 week its fine but i will not recommended it on daily basis ....in place of juice eat whole fruits ..your 1 fruit will have around 50- 60 kcal so it is muh more healthier than your juice
