How to overcome sugar addiction?

My Suggestion:
" For the sugar addiction it might be an idea to identify what you think the biggest source of sugar is, and cut that out first. Find a suitable replacement that you like but without the sugar. For example, if you like drinking sugary soda, cut out the soda. Find another drink such as water or unsweetened tea. Once you have cut out the worst offender, it will be easier to target other sources of sugar. It's hard for the first couple of days but easy after that. It's a good idea to have a savoury snack that's healthy such as nuts to give yourself a boost when you have cravings."
