Concerns about the Coronavirus bring to the surface humanity's ongoing poor relationship with itself that often leads to poor health. Whether it is a novel form of this virus or just the usual daily threats that exist in our world, it is necessary for us all to learn how to take care of all of our parts - not just our minds and our wallets! One of the best ways to do this is to make your own smoothies and juices that contain a high nutrient density and living qualities that are not available from store bought products. This juice is one of the best I have found and I have seen it reverse flu symptoms in less than an hour!
n.b. For anyone researching the Coronavirus, I highly recommend noting this article from nature.com that was published in 2015 and which shows that virologists at that time were warning about risky research being carried out that was likely to produce exactly the form of virus we are now being faced with. Given that the Wuhan fish market in China was said by a Chinese Phd student whistleblower to be 250m from one of the research labs working on the deliberate engineering of the virus, it seems highly probable that this pandemic was made by irressponsible human engineering.
Lemon Ginger Blast Recipe
Ingredients (all organic preferably)
3 apples
1 lemon
1 inch of ginger
1 cucumber
Some fennel to taste
1 stick of celery
optional bunch of kale
optional spinach/rocket
Herbs to taste and as you prefer:
parsley, mint, coriander
Steps to make
Just put all those through a slow juicing machine (ideally) and you will have a highly potent healing juice that you will feel the effects of very quickly.
The balance can be played with as to your preference and individual nutritional needs as your body desires/feels.
