All credit goes to “A Mindful Way”, a mindfulness based training program from Australia. The seven principles outlined are:
Nonjudging—Patience—Begginers Mind—Trust-Nonstriving—Acceptance—-Letting go

They are beautiful principles that guide my every day life and have brought tremendous peace. I re-read them often and apply to different situations in life. Hope they can help someone out there as well :-) have a splendid day!
