aaaagh caffeine. Appreciated this article to remind me of the known affects. I have never had a cup of coffee, but just ended, for a while now finally, may addiction to Mountain dew diet. I could feel the bad health affects of the caffeine each day, but I had to have it...lol...guess thats an addiction hmm?
