Sexual immorality and smoking tendencies expose woman to a high risk of developing cervical cancer.Cervical cancer is a malignant cell infection that affects the mouth of the cervix and can rapidly spread to other body organs with lethal consequences if not detected and treated in its early stage
It is only prudent that women shun sexual promiscuity and smoking to minimize ,the manifestation of the disease.Cervical cancer is a viral disease whose development is largely due to a woman having multiple sexual partners,numerous pregnancies,early menarche(time which a woman starts to sleep with boys),among other bad sexual tendencies
Smoking particles have also been detected in people with cervical cancer strongly suggesting that smoking could be one of the factors that lead to the ailment.Woman who use herbal medicines on their genitals to 'treat' sexually transmitted infections and 'retain virginity' among other traditional beliefs are also at a higher risk of developing the infection.
Even men are discouraged from having multiple sexual partners since this can put all of them at risk of developing the disease.Some signs and symptoms of the disease include post-coitus bleeding (after sexual intercourse) and inflammation of the genitalia. Behavior change and going for screening on the part of women who have had three or more children is a largely recommended measure to stem the growth of the disorder.
