Nice post @mayur007 (51) ! I have always been intrigued by the impact of light energy and color on the mind and healing. In graduate school I did some research on light therapy and depression and how interrupting the sleep cycle and exposing someone to a very specific color/laser show can dramatically improve symptoms of depression.
