Light exercise tips that we can do at home

Many things we can do to get a healthy body, one of them is by exercising. how about us who have a super busy activity and did not have time to go to the gym, work out at home to be a solution for us. There are several sports movements that we can do at home, of course very simple, but very effective for those of us who want to have a healthy body and fit. Here are some sports we can do at home.

  • Push-Up
    Push-up is a very easy movement for us to do, because we can do it anywhere even a small room though.

  • Sit-Up
    Sit-ups are just like pus-up movements, this movement is very easy for us to do. the starting position for this movement we can lie down with the position of the leg bent with the position of the sole of the foot touching the floor, the position of the hand can be straightened forward, crossed in front of the chest or bent beneath the palm position right behind the head. Then lift the upper body up to touch the knee, then lower it back to its original position.

  • Up and down the Stairs
    Well, this is very lucky for those who have a two-story house, you can take advantage of the existing stairs to exercise. This sport is like a jogging sport, we just walk up and down the stairs like a regular road.
