Antioxidant Paradox with Vitamin C

“Antioxidant paradox”—more like: if it’s isolated, then it’s NOT an antioxidant; it’s a free radical! And that’s exactly what vitamin C is when you wanna be dogmatic about these definitions. Don’t be fooled by having isolates as a marketed supplement—don’t be sold. Get it from its source: raw fruits and starchless veggies. Heck, the only reason people need these “antioxidants” so badly is because the population is consuming “free radicals”!
