Woke up at 6am this Morning with a pounding headache and feeling like I was going to throw up. No idea what brought it on.
Took some Tylenol, that didn't help the headache so waited a bit and took some T1's and even that didn't work. Also took some anti nausea for my stomach, at least that helped mostly for feeling nauseous.
Kinda fell in and out of sleep and woke up around 12:30 with only the slightest of headache left.
Got to shave and the headache started coming back so I think this will be a stay in bed and relax type of day. Hopefully whatever this is passes soon.
Ugh, had to cancel an appt that I was looking forward to as well.
