Juice Name: The Power of Green

Ingredients:
1 avocado
1 piece of ginger root
3 leaves kale
1/4 lemon slice
1 large orange
1 bunch of parsley
1 pear
1 pineapple

Steps to proceed:
1.Wash all ingredients.
2.Peel ginger root and orange.
3.Chop pear, avocado, pineapple, ginger root and parsley
4.Put all in juicer and squeeze lemon juice into juicer.
5.Process all.
6.Stir and serve chill.
